Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.
Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund or exchange will be approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including items marked as final sale, discounted items, or customized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
